Xpress Programmes: Our off-site programmes cater to different spaces and needs. They meet the functional, developmental and fitness requirements of kids – all while having FUN, FUN, FUN!
- Combination of gymnastics, martial arts and free running;
- Improve body awareness,
co-ordination, strength, agility and promote safe movement.
- There are 3 levels which include single rope, double rope and double dutch;
- The classes are run for different age and skill levels.
- Based on rebounding trampoline exercises;
- A fun and engaging programme that improves fitness and teaches new skills.
